The new routes from Cork will commence on 31 October, with href="http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/flights/Manchester/">flights to Manchester operating twice a day and flights to Birmingham running once on Saturday and twice on all other days. Fares for the new routes from both airports begin at €29.99 one-way including taxes.
Commenting on the schedule expansion, Aer Arann corporate affairs director Andrew Kelly said: “We are delighted to launch these flights as part of the franchise agreement in the same week that we launched new franchise services to four UK cities from Shannon.”
He added: “The addition of these new services, combined with the services already operating under the Aer Lingus Regional franchise from Cork offer passengers travelling to and from each of these destinations greater choice, flexibility and convenience.”
